The team of Ricky Rookis and Walton H. Chancey is collaborating to oversee the development of BlueSky Breckenridge.

As a Breckenridge property owner with a love for the community, Rookis felt this distinctive mountain town would be the perfect place to develop a very special new luxury residential project. His background as a real estate investor and builder brought him to collaborate with longtime associate Walt Chancey, an architect and developer who has lent his 20 years experience to the design and development of numerous condominium projects across the U.S.

Together the team will fulfill the BlueSky vision of a family-friendly, year-round residential ski retreat that will be considered the best in Breckenridge.
